Reinstall/reconfigure XWiki in a Docker Container

Hey,

i want to completely reconfigure my XWiki, which I installed in a Docker container.
After I completely deleted and reinstalled all my containers (xiwki and mysql), volumes and even docker itself, my XWiki was still there with all data and users, exactly like before.
Are there any other local stored data that need to be deleted?
Im on a Debian 10 system

Just the permanent directory that you are probably mapping when you start the XWiki container, and the directory you may also map when you start the DB container.
