Access Rights for Login Page

Hello,
i am really lost in access rights. How to set up the rihgt access rights for the Login page? Now i do not see icons on my login page for unregistered user. I have Iceberg Theme and Material icons as icon theme.

Here is my global rights settings:

You have to set the rights for the default-theme-page: …xwiki/bin/edit/XWiki/DefaultSkin?editor=rights
