This is a bugfix release that covers important issues that we have discovered since 11.0 has been released.

Actually there is another blocker in 11.0.1, 11.0.2 on the way.
Not to be a sticker, but just to make sure I have not missed anything, I can’t find a notice that 11.0 was ever released. I see 11.0-RC1. We upgrade to every release quickly after it comes out (save a few point releases with known bugs). Not a big deal, but just wanting clarification.
That’s because a blocker bug was found just before announcing 11.0 so we waited for the new release (which became releases) instead.
