Tomcat8 not starting after a reboot (ubuntu)

We performed a reboot on the server xwiki was on and now tomcat8 will not start. Error output below:

Any ideas or just reinstall tomcat8?

Belay this post. Some knucklehead cough didn’t set the docker images to autostart on reboot.
