Setting Home for all the users created by admin

Hi,

How do i create a Home page which will be seen by all the users on Login ? Users shouldn’t see any error message on their first login or any time login. They should see the Home created by Admin.

Where do i configure it in Xwiki ?

Can someone please help me with this request as i want to get this done so that every user created by Admin(me) see some specific page when they login.
