XWiki Watch is abandoned since a very long time and it’s anyway not something you can install on myxwiki.org.
Do you plan to implement something similar yourself ?
I do not know yet but I would like to learn how to use xwiki and create my own knowledge base
Note that if you just want to test XWiki and experiment with it it’s much simpler by downloading the Standard Flavor Preinstalled package on https://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Download/. It also allow you to do anything which is not the case of myxwiki.org (strong restrictions on scripting especially).
