Register user Approval

Hi All,

I need approve for any register user who register to my xwiki.
I’ve gone through the

I am not a developer. So I need UI function to approve for register user.

Is there any way for me to approve register user using UI?

Thanks, User have to register first then admin reviews and approves after that!
