Password reset doesn't work - 500 Internal Server Error

I made a mistake in recording the password for my wiki account so I can’t log in. I tried using the password reset but just get a 500 error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, roots@xwiki.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

If someone is able to send a reset to the email I registered with, or share how to do this myself, I’d be grateful.

Indeed, I can reproduce the problem. FTM I don’t understand what’s the issue.
