Maybe this is a noob question but i really dont know it.
I just installed an extention from the extensionmanager to export multiple pages into a pdf.
Everything seems to be installed but even after restart i dont find any new options on the
“three dots”. Is there anything more i have to do to activate that feature?

Which extension have you installed, the following one: https://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Multipage%20PDF%20Export ?
If that’s the one apparently it doesn’t output new options in the UI, this extension seems to be used only in scripts such as velocity script, see for example: https://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Multipage%20PDF%20Export#HExample
