I try to use the extension contact page.
It was installed by the extension manager, but I have no Idea how to use this extension and setup this page.
Any help or guidance is appreciated
This is a contributed extension. No idea how it works. Maybe you could check the install logs in the Extension Manager page for the extension. You should be able to see the pages that were created.
