Browser cache problem while donwloading versionned attachements

Hi fellows, I have a problem while downloading versionned attachements, I mean if I have attachement V1.1 and upload updated attachement to 1.2, when downloading I see contents of attachement 1.1

Is it possible do deactivate cache in download links or add version in the download url ?
