Block the right to create page at the root of the wiki

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to block the right to create a page at the root of the wiki for a certain group?
I can see the different rights, but I can’t find the right to create a page.

There is no CREATE specific right, all you need to create a page is to have EDIT right in its parent.
