After migration, my attachment file accessing be forced to be url-encoded?

XWiki-10.11.9, after migration from 7.4.3, I can not access my attachements.
In the log, Filenames of attachments are all encoded.

For example:

/usr/local/xwiki/data/storage/xwiki/%53earch%44ev/%E6%90%9C%E7%8B%97%E6%90%9C%E7%B4%A2%E6%8A%80%E6%9C%AF%E5%9F%B9%E8%AE%AD%E8%B5%84%E6%96%99/2017%E4%B8%8A%E5%8D%8A%E5%B9%B4%E6%90%9C%E7%B4%A2%E5%86%85%E9%83%A8%E5%88%86%E4%BA%AB/%57eb%48ome/~this/attachments/%E9%98%85%E8%AF%BB%E7%94%A8%E6%88%B7%E8%A1%8C%E4%B8%BA%E6%95%B0%E6%8D%AE%E5%9D%91—%E5%BC%A0%E6%99%8B%E4%BA%AC.pptx/%E9%98%85%E8%AF%BB%E7%94%A8%E6%88%B7%E8%A1%8C%E4%B8%BA%E6%95%B0%E6%8D%AE%E5%9D%91—%E5%BC%A0%E6%99%8B%E4%BA%AC.pptx

I can not understand why “SearchDev” be encoded as “%53earch%44ev”.

Is there something to configurate?

To support case insensitive file system (like Windows and Mac) where two different attachments from XWiki point of view might end up being the same file.

Note that it completely changed again in more recent versions to have shorter paths (again to support various file system limitations).

What do you mean of “more recent versions” ?
Is there any method to help me to migrate attachments?

As you can see on https://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Download/ 10.11.9 is far from being the last version of XWiki.

You don’t have anything to do, migrations are automatic.
